USAGE:

Sciatica: mix 2–3 drops in a carrier oil and apply to the lower back and back of the legs.

Inflamed joints: apply 2–3 drops in cold water and use compresses on the affected area.

Toothache or gum pain: dilute one drop in olive or coconut oil, place the mixture on a cotton ball, and press on the affected area for 10–15 minutes.

Sore throat and oral health: mix 8–10 drops in 1 liter of water and use as a gargle.

As an expectorant: use 2 drops in steam inhalation.

To keep insects away: 2 drops in a diffuser.
IMPORTANT: People taking anticoagulants should avoid using this. May cause skin irritation.
